In today's POD it mentions steel wool pads included on one of the floor scrubber/polishers. I've seen them mentioned before in vintage floor scrubber ads but I don't know what they would be used for. Does anyone out there know what was their use?

suds screen Be sure you have the suds screen in with the screen facing the shampooer NOT the tank. That screen can be put in both ways and, with the screen facing the tank, it will not make suds but will empty the tank very quickly
