    Miele Blizzard CX1

Update Haven’t had an opportunity to really use it much yet. Want to do some comparisons to my Capricorn. Really anxious to see how it goes once the fine dust chamber gets “dusty”. @vacuumdevil Not a Miele dealer, just really impressed with their machines. The owners manual is terrible...

    Miele Blizzard CX1

Hey Guys, Just received my Miele Blizzard and wanted to share a few pics and observations. Great looking machine. It came with the SEB 228 Electro Plus and the Parquet brush. The hose does not seem as stiff as a regular Miele. Interesting that it came with a dusting brush, but there is no...

    Shark Powered Lift-Away

Shark DuoClean I have the DuoClean model and I am actually pretty impressed with it. It does a great job on the hardwood floors and area rugs. I find the brush roll to stiff for my taste for use on any of my other carpet though. I think having an affection towards vacuums makes us collectors...

Help me identify this Eureka vacuum

Here's Mine Most of theses were either a biege or a blue color, so to find this in green with a peacock motif on the was pretty crazy. BTW is takes a "Z" type bag.

    Miele Adaptor

Adaptor Mine came with my universal brush attachment, makes it much easier to use than just putting directly on the end of the hose. Not sure why it was made that way?

    Old YouTube Stars

Funestone WOW I was Fumetsuno back in the day, didn't realize I had such the following. Unfortunately someone tied my full legal name to my YouTube channel so it would pull into a google search so I deactivated my channel over privacy concerns. Never really got back into it after that.

Significance of 50 Foot Cord and Super Wide Nozzle Beyond Commercial Use?

It Depends.... While tough to use in smaller rooms, I bought a new Sanitaire for our rec room. As much as I like to vacuum this is just too much space and time consuming for a "normal" vacuum.

This is one of my favorite Hoovers

Great Story! I too remember these growing up. My elementary school had one, so every time Mom had a meeting at the school, I would go track down Jim the custodian, who would let me vacuum to my hearts content.

The Soniclean Soft Carpet vacuum cleaner

Halo Vacuum This was also the Halo Vacuum from years back that had an ultraviolet light on the bottom to "kill germs".

    Really?

Was so going to buy this until I realized the bag was on backwards so I couldn't justify the $375. Hope I don't get outbid at $222. Weed is legal in Colorado now, guess they visited from Missouri. http://https//www.ebay.com/itm/182278303924

    Hoover Shop Vac

Not a great vacuum I had one of these. The motor sits on top with a cloth disc filter that inserts under the motor. Filter clogs within minutes of use and it is a hot mess to remove and clean. It is also very loud and runs hot.

    Simplicity 7350 Help

Hey Guys! I have my Grandmothers Simplicity 7350 but I have been having issues with it. It can handle short pile carpets, but even with a brand new belt, it chokes on longer pile carpets to the point the Brushroll stops turning and the belt gets hot. I don't want to immediately buy a new...

    Kirby Sentria Stiff Brushroll

Thanks! Thanks for the link, I will order something a little softer.

    Kirby Sentria Stiff Brushroll

Not only Kirbys but most new vacuum cleaners these days seem to have some pretty aggressive brushes, which leads me to think they could really do some damage to carpet fibers. Although my Mieles have the same issue I have been cautious on using my Sentria on the new carpet. Anyone have any...

A BAD EBAY DEAL FROM RUGSUCKER

Kenmore I bought it from Liesurelady65 a few years ago on EBay. She took care of it and refunded my money.

A BAD EBAY DEAL FROM RUGSUCKER

You Are Not Alone! Had the same experience with an awesome Kenmore Vacuum. Such a waste to have to throw it away as there was no hope for repair.

    Finally...My Collection

Hi Guys! Finally in the new house after having everything in storage for a year while this place was built. It is a little crazy now so everything is piled in the corner. I have the hoses, wands and power nozzles packed up, along with my Rainbow and all the Kirby accessories. I will post...

Top of your wish list sweeper?

Hoover Model 63 My Grandma had a mint Hoover 63, not a scratch on it. I was devistated when I found out she traded it in on a Simplicity 7250 I now have along with her Electrolux XXX.

    Eureka Precision?

Yes! I have one, it is a great vacuum. $10 is a great price, I think I paid close to $60 for the one I bought on EBay.

Is this Electrolux from 1930's or 1940's?

Really? This is now listed on EBay for $150.00.........
