    Hoover Elite Brushroll

I like the one in the second pic, to me it looks less generic than the black one. It' s a design and color thing I guess. I'd have to feel the brushes in person to make a final decision though.

    Commercial direct air shark?

I have had one of those for a few years, I think another collector gave it to me. I haven't fired it up for a long time, but remember it being a decent performer similar to an Oreck. I remember trying unsuccessfully to find bags for it, but a Kenmore canister bag 5055 I believe fits it, that's...

    Weird old lamp

That is sooo cool! Very MCM, nice rescue!

    So, Eureka did a thing...

Meh... Eureka has put out so many duds in the last decade, I have to look at it as just another bagless plasti-vac, however I did have a Shark Powered Lift-a-Way for a short time, and while I liked it ok, I was finding too much carpet fiber in the container, so, back it went. Once again, no...

    NIB Royal Power Team

I too have that same model, very user friendly, just with they'd thrown on a cordwinder! That's a long assed cord to wrap around a halo!

    New Oreck Cordless

Wow... I can think of many other things I'd spend $569.00 on...geez. Another overpriced Oreck product, thanks TTI! Honestly, I don't know how the Oreck brand is surviving, I've seen no advertisement for the brand in years now. St. Louis has gone from seven stores, to three, and I think selling...

Dry Foam Shampooers on Ozzie & Harriet

That's what I thought Jimmy, maybe they badged them for the Glamorene rental machines?

Mini meet at Kenny's house in Tulsa

Looks like everyone had a good time! Kenny's a great host, I really enjoyed it when the convention had it's luncheon there. Maverick gets increasingly adorable with every pic! I hope I get a chance to hold him before he's old enough to run away!

    Yowsa!

Really? I'd love to know the back story on this. http://https//www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-New-Kirby-510-With-Attachments-Box-and-New-Sweet-Aire-NIB/323112839432?hash=item4b3b06a908:g:QmQAAOSwO8pami~h

    Hoover 8330 Sweep-All

I may be mistaken, but I believe that was manufactured by Wagner and branded with the Hoover name. I kind of remember it being a big deal to have a height adjustable carpet sweeper at the time. As soon as I saw it, that came to my mind, which works in mysterious ways.

    Pics of the Hoover 564!!

Great find Justin! I have an addiction to convertibles I guess because of the colors. I lean towards the earlier metal based models as well, I kind of lost interest when the plastic based models came in, but I do own a couple of Decades. There's just something about the smooth sound of the older...

    No suction?

Thanks Hank, I'll pass that on as I don't think she had broken the machine down yet. I was surprised to see a Sanitaire vacuum made in West Germany...very nice design.

    No suction?

Went to my friends vacuum shop for lunch today, and she showed me this vacuum that has no suction with a fresh bag, vacuum runs smooth on all speed settings. This lady is brilliant with repairs but she cannot figure it out. Anybody have any ideas?

    Kirby Avalir 2?

Sad... Just sad. Whatever happened to the all new Kirby that appeared on here in blue print form from a member that worked in a patent office? I had even heard prototypes were put into test markets? Things have been made up before and posted here...just sayin'.

Diamond Jubilee Model 1521 Circa 1985

Congrats! Beautiful machine and great cleaner! The hose still probably has suction?

    What’s your favorite kirby

But then there are these... Hard to pick a favorite! I am so lucky to have become friends with a local vac shop for over 20 yrs. I think. I just carry the vacuum in whatever shape it might be, and they come back like these...kudos to Heather, Henry, and Jason! They do it all from the inside...

    What’s your favorite kirby

Favorite? Not that I can choose a favorite, but this one is very high on my list! Completely rebuilt, new 4 row brush roll, all new Plastics and cord, it is truly like new!

1981 Hoover High Power Junior U1104 - Compelete With Cleaning Tools

Great find! I love all the different Junior styles from the U.K., so much nicer than the ones we got over here. I love the simplistic look about it. That's the first Junior I've ever seen with a bottom fit hose and stretch too, nice!

Very rare Montgomery Wards Branded Eureka Ultra...

Hey Jae...I remember seeing an Ultra in a rust color and believe it was branded MW with the later hood design and it had a switch in the handle! It must have been a very limited model as I've never seen one. Do you have any older catalogs that might show that model? I know I didn't dream...
