I heard about it a few months ago, it's already made the headlines when some celebrity named "Coco" demanded the sidewalk be "hoovered" in front of her as she walked. Guess what the vacuum was? A Floorrover. So does this mean it's for outdoor use? lol Where did they find an outlet?

Eureka has put out so many duds in the last decade, I have to look at it as just another bagless plasti-vac, however I did have a Shark Powered Lift-a-Way for a short time, and while I liked it ok, I was finding too much carpet fiber in the container, so, back it went. Once again, no bagless in my collection, unless you want to count Filter Queen and Rainbow.

It's quiet, but mine had a squeal near the floor/tool changeover valve. It's dual-cyclonic, and the system works very well. Although I put it through heavy use, it did an admirable job filtering the dust. I would have liked a longer wand, and better overall tools, but they were okay. It did an excellent job on bare floors, and a very good job on carpeting. Aside from the dirt cup Sanitaires, it's probably the best bagless upright Eureka has ever produced.
The deal-breaker for me was that the bottom of the bin had a seal/gasket made from a foam material, instead of rubber. It didn't seem like it would hold up at all. So although it the filtration system otherwise seemed fine (especially good for a bagless Eureka), I could see that becoming an issue down the road, and I returned the machine.

I see a lot people returning the Sharks when I'm at Wal-Mart or Home depo. I never owned one of their up rights but gone though quite a handavcs that had batteries good bad and the gear that drives the belt in the brush tool broke. I wonder how their duo cleans will hold up they're build quality doesn't seem to good and with the front roller I can't see it getting a good seal for deep cleaning.

For a modern bagless vacuum, it's certainly unique. And if it's the best yet of Eureka's bagless systems, then it's a step in the right direction for them. They have to sell what people want, and if it's better than their typical mediocre vacuums of late, then I guess it's good for them that they're starting to step up.
I do agree, it's bad they discontinued the 1934B and also their other bagged vacuums though.
I'd like to see more bagged vacuums, from them but not likely to happen.

Just another Shark or Dyson clone. There was another upright that had wheels like that. It was called the "Samsung MotionSync" and that one was very hard to steer. Both of these vacuums seem to be riding on the coattails of Dyson and Shark. Pretty much every major box store brand has it's own Dyson clone, From Hoover to Bissell, they all look pretty much the same. They all have their own little gimmicks that they hope will make their Dyson clone rise above the rest. I would never buy any Eureka. All I have had is negative experience with them.

Don't waste your money. Eureka has made nothing but garbage from 1997 onward. It started with the Bravo line, noisier and crappier than a Hoover Elite. Their only halfway decent vacuums post-1997 were the 1934B Upright and the SmartVac upright. Of course, those have all been discontinued to make way for more crappy plastic vacuums.
