Strongest cordless upright yet? Karcher BP

Must be the strongest cordless upright ever made. 69 nozzle cfm is very impressive. Very close to Sebo Felix with 74 nozzle cfm. That makes it outstanding for a cordless. Must be that belt driven "overdrive" fan what spins faster than the traditional fan in the motor shaft systems.

    Sebo Cordless SoftCase BP60

Now this is interesting. Looks like it cleans better than the Truvox Valet (Simplicity Freedom cordless).

    Work vacuums!

I sold my Kärcher CV36/2 (Sebo BS36) to a local church and it works great on those low pile carpets. My dad is the one who is hired to clean the church + other jobs there. He really likes it. Previously they only used large shop vac with straight suction nozzle to vacuum those carpets. Needless...

    Best vacuum for shag carpeting

Kirby Tradition I really liked Kirby Tradition on shag rug. Gentle brushroll and height adjustment made it easy work.

    Sebo Cordless SoftCase BP60

I never understand why Sebo and Miele are so expensive in the US. I am quite upset about it. If this new cordless Sebo is insanely expensive in US many collectors probably import it from UK or Germany.

    Sebo Cordless SoftCase BP60

Now that's proper cordless upright. I want one so badly! Brushroll looks like it's identical what I have in my Sebo Felix. I am very surprised that it uses direct air system.

Dyson Ball Animal 3 in the US

This has been for sale in the EU several years named Ball Animal 2 what is confusing. Ball Animal 3 has big diameter brushroll with twice the bristles compared to the Ball Animal 2. It it doesn't use those problematic anti static bristles. Also no belt line in the middle. One big benefit is the...

    Bare floor friendly vacuums

Just get Twinner nozzle and you turn your canister vacuum in to amazing hard floor performer. It fits to almost every pipe size.

    Numatic BAGGED stick vac

This should be efficient because there is no cyclones to starve the motor.

Why do bypass vacuums have such terrible deep-cleaning performance?

Vorverk VK 135 has amazing 100 cfm from the nozzle. For example Kirby G6 has 120-130 cfm from the nozzle. How it can do it is insanely simple airpath from nozzle to the motor. However on full power it can be pain to push on certain type of carpeting. Powerhead has extremely high rpm brushroll...

    New Aerus models

I wonder why they didn't use EU model hose, wand and ph?

    Show me your modified vacuums!

I have quite a lot DIY made stuff with vacuums. Mainly powerhead wiring for a straight suction canisters. I can use several powerheads with almost all of my canisters. In the video DIY Shark canister, old Miele with Sebo ET-1 powerhead and Shark NV340 with Sebo motor.

What is the best vacuum cleaner for carpet cleaning.

Sebo Felix, or any other Sebo upright with manual height adjustment. Kirby Generation series and newer models with stiff oblique brushroll. I know there is a lot more, but these are my recommendations.

    Aerus Lux Guardian Platinum

I feel like the European Lux has gone downhill when they stopped making vacuums in Sweden. I have early 90's Swedish Lux Royal D790 and no problems at all. Owner before me saved it from huge abuse and just cleaned it. Still works to this day despite having circuit board for automatic motor speed...

    Eureka?

No wonder Eureka-Electrolux vacuums disappeared. In Europe we have those "Walmart" Electrolux vacuums and then Lux what is "the real Electrolux". To make matters worse they used to be same company in the 80's. Separation happened somewhere in the late 80's.

What was the strangest thing you found stuck in a modern vacuum

I was wondering why my Dyson DC40 mkII kept clogging. After some troubleshooting I found phone sim card adapter inside the tube in the ball. That tube is very narrow so no wonder it got stuck.
