What about
Everybody Loves Raymond? Raymond's mother had a Hoover 63
"one Day at a Time" "All in the Family" and "The Jeffersons" all shared a Hoover Convertible U4059 in 1976 or so.
Edith Bunker also had an old Royal, a Convertible 719, and a Dial-A-Matic 1149 in addition to the 70's...
What fun!
I remember watching the hotel movie when I was a kid, the inner-tube bag thing has been done many times!
I am not certain if thats a model 700 or a 725, it does appear to have a band around the motor, which would be a 725.
The 3rd movie with the dogs is definitely not a model 28, the...
Yes
David I wish the cleaner were still here, I delivered it over to my parents tonight, they will take it back to Aunt Ruth when the go to visit her...she lives in Princeton Illinois, about 125 miles from me here in Roselle.

I heard through my mom last week that my Aunt Ruth was having some vacuum woes, so Michael and I went over the weekend to see her, and assess the damage.
First the vacuum, a 1978 or so Eureka that was won as a prize(she no longer remembers for what)
Aunt Ruth has ALWAYS been a canister person...
Not the expert but...

Sears had a powerhead shortly after that.
Eureka didn't have their powerhead until the 70's, 1972 I believe. I've seen the machine on ebay that you...
