will look for that metal fan for my kirby,all kirby fans are mixed up in a box at the shop[gray,tan/off white,metl,lexan]...so im gonna have to dig. but i did find a metal fan for my sanitaire 684sc...i think??its blades are not as tall but the rest is the same as the lexan thats on it now.

would the airflow be affected or stay the same with the 12in head .what set-up do you think would give the best over-all cleaning..kirbys are really new to me and hardly ever get them at the shop...all the good stuff comes in when im off.and the guys at work are their for just a check...

we have the bagless can w windtunnel pwr nzl,[love the windtunnel tech] we use it for clean ups at the shop ..for everything really..filtering is pretty sorry but needs a little more weight to deep claen..hard to beat a tristar with a vg2 set-up...

so true....or when you sell them an outstanding comm. vac and they destroy it on a daily basis..leave it outside in the rain for weeks because they forgot it was on the back porch..moss growing in bag chamber..plugs it up to use it and cant see why it wont work...then brings it back after a year...

i figured the g-vac would come closer to the platinum in perf,im thinking that it might carry a ametek 4.2 amp mtr and amatek p.n mtr also....not really a bad motor,its used as a replacement in riccars rsl-3
