    New Sentria update???

Bill... What are your thoughts on the new emptor? Do you like it better than the old style?

    New Sentria update???

.. I saw the full view but I think it looks different too. It kind of seems more "cartoonish" looking from the top side than the old emptors. Also, it looked to me like the bag may be closer to the exhaust port.

    New Sentria update???

changes... These changes may signify the transitioning to a new model. It could be like them using new gray wheels at the end of the run on the 515 without them being officially introduced until the redesigned 516.

    New Sentria update???

Maybe I was just thinking, since they used the new emtor at the end of the sentria run, does that mean the new kirby will in fact be totally redesigned? Will they make a new "G" machine with the new emtor and other updates perhaps? Guess I'll just have to wait and see.

    New Sentria update???

In a past thread, it was mentioned that kirby was going to introduce a new model with a different style emtor. I found this youtube video, uploaded last month, with what appears to be a sentria complete with a totally different emtor. Maybe it's a trick of the eyes, but I think it is different...

    Kirby G4

I... use a pet owners brushroll in my G3, even though I don't have pets in the house. I LOVE the stiffer bristles, they really lift my carpet nap and I firmly believe it improves performance. The bag fills up more quickly since I installed the new brushroll! I highly recommend them to people...

How NOT to demo a vacuum cleaner

I... use plastic bags to empty my kirby shake out bags. I pull it up around the emptor as far as it will go which prevents any dust from going into the motor or coating the metal housing. I like doing that better than using newspaper.

    The British Made Kirby

Once on the kirby website, there was an actual picture of a sentria from the emtor side, but the height adjuster was there and the emtor was on the other side. It was when they were having that video contest a while back. Since it was from the side, a webcam couldn't be the explanation.

    I need help...

Ok, I would like to know how to replace the bearings on my electrolux CB (blue one). I know how to get to the motor, but have no idea how to replace the bearings. Also, What kind of bearings should I buy?, Is there anything else I should do to the motor besides replace the bearings and brushes...
  13. K

    Hey, could someone please.......

... I guess that means I should NOT use my PN2 that came with my CB unless I put the normal brush in it. I never realized that it had 3 rows. How interesting!

    D80 help...

I Have the brushes out and I think I'm ready to move on. P.s. I ALWAYS put screws in bags and mark them with a sharpie. Doubt I could make it through any project without doing that. :)
