would an em-tor from a tradition fit this machine, or would something like a h2/legend fir better. I love the machine, but my only problem is that it does not use paper bags. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
All the best,
Avery.
Sebo Dart
Have you ever considered trying to use a SEBO Dart, it comes with their ET-1 Powerhead which has a shutoff switch for bare floors, and it comes with the parquet tool as well. EDIT: It is a little more spendy but has an extremely long warranty...
I am no Miele wizard, but
usually in vacs with control boards, it is something in the circuit board. Not the panel. I would check capacitors, triacs, and traces.
Best of luck, Avery
Just say what your favorite vacuum cleaner is. It can be in your collection or out.
My personal favorite is near unattainable: the kenmore imperials from 1939. I love the look of the dual headlights.
Switch
Use continuity mode on a multimeter. Put one probe on input + and other on output +. If there is a beep when you flip the switch it is good. If there is no beep, there is something wrong with your switch.
