Rob, thanks so much for starting this thread!  You have a wonderful machine there for sure!!  So what is the length of the hose on your machine?  Are you using it as an air cleaner full time as well?  I sure would like to give one of these new machines a spin!!   Terry

Greg, what a beautiful machine.  I have a feeling it didn't look that good the day it was bought.  I would love to see Fred do a complete restoration like that some time as well.  Great machine and a keeper for sure.  

Hans this is a really fun thread!  It would be interesting to know which straight suction rug tool really did the best job.  

Thanks for the information Hans, I had heard that there was a new model coming out with a great new power nozzle.   I too would love to see one.  I hope that Ken Bashford comes to the convention this year.       

Well after seeing the one Brandon just posted that was listed for $20,000 I think this  should be worth at least 350.  Can't remember if we tired it out Rick or not.  Seems like we did and it did run but I could be wrong on that.  That cord winder should be worth the asking price along.

Bud, Tide has a product out called Stain Release.  You might try soaking it in that and see what happens or you might also try Oxi Clean.  Since you have another bag you really have nothing to loose.
