No oil port in front on royal 606 It has a cheap steel sealed ball bearing in the front. Ceramic or plastic plate holding it in. Its somewhat like a Kirby but the bearing doesn't come out.

Commander model 9 I know nothing about it and it was never used for cleaning. Still has tag on original bag. Was very corroded. Disintegrating cord rapped in plastic to stop it from shedding black strings.

Kirby 2cb from 1976 Bad handle back, has all attachment other than handing Butler, faded cord clips.

That weird 543... It works and it's redone to the best of my capabilities without damaging it... It seems so different from coming 543... Thicker handle bail... Textured base... Switch on handle with no boot over switch... Weird connection to motor... Weird... Please tell me about this weird...

Shark vacuuums are all bad. Shark is a fail at a vacuum. Its poor construction leads to its failure in cleaning. These are always the common trash in my area. The Henry company has a picture of a pile of junky new bagless vacuums in the dumpster. This pile mainly comprises of Dysons and Sharks...

Either a rough commutater or poor wiring... If a motor is a fresh rebuild it will smell for 2 mins after first run. That's probably not it, but this smell is definitely carbon brush/armature isssues. COuld also be faulty wiring after a rebuild, poor connections, burning grease in the bearings...

That bag... I believe is a W style bag. With that clip on the top I'm pretty sure of it. those bags are IMPOSSIBLE to find. You will have to modify a C bag to fit it by cutting 2 staples and fitting it and restaplign it

Maybe a lux C bag Possibly a Electrolux C style bag, for the LX and on would work?
