    Miele cheapened the 236

Definitely! The company that Miele contracts (Wessel Werk) have headlights on their version, not sure why Miele thought it would be a great idea to remove them!

    Miele cheapened the 236

I really can’t understand why they would sell their flagship model without the 236. I might have to get to a Miele dealer and see how the display L1 feels, I have a feeling that it doesn’t have the traditional Miele feel. I do want to buy their new carpet and floor tool, looks pretty good.

    Miele cheapened the 236

His newest Short, he didn’t mention the bumper. I prefer the 236 but I don’t have any carpets that it struggles with.

    Well Another One

Well I receive this Kirby tomorrow, but the OCD me had to do my Tuesday vacuuming so I got my Sentria 2 out. I haven’t used a Kirby in probably 8 months. I can say after using my other premium vacs, I felt the difference in the Kirby. The carpet feels extremely clean with the Kirby and looks...

    Miele cheapened the 236

I seen this video from Vacmaster 1991 on YouTube, and it appears that the 236 has changed. I bought a 236 last year and mine was made in Poland, but it still has a bumper. It appears that Miele has removed the bumper from the 236, and the lease appears to be smoked.

That was usually the end of life for the vacuum, he tends to be rough with them. Grandma got tired of her Oreck and sent it down to him, and bought a Dyson. He managed to tear the outer bag of of the machine, the bagless windtunnel didn’t last long with him. He tends to push them rather hard...

    Sebo X4 Difficult to Push

There is some generational wealth in the area, but still a rough area.

    Well Another One

I never had never seen a Kirby in person until I bought my Heritage 84. The most premium vacuum I seen at anyone’s house was an 8955. Most of my family all had Hoovers, mostly Windtunnels. My grandmother tried the first Windtunnel bagless, she hated it and sent it to basement for my grandfather...

    Sebo X4 Difficult to Push

He doesn’t pressure a sale whatsoever! I was going to buy an X7 but he explained that it wasn’t needed for my use.

    Sebo X4 Difficult to Push

The shady dealer is in a rough neighborhood, so I don’t think he sells many. There is some old money in the area, I seen several Electrolux ,Kirby, top of the line Maytag era Hoovers, and Sebo machines waiting for pick up

I think this is vintage, a Casio Phonemate built Kenmore bagless upright

We did not have a sump pump at the time, the township did a poor job with the sewage system conversion. We fought for years, it’s been fixed so far! We still get a back up in the basement shower once in a while, in the Pittsburgh area we have steel mill showers. This was a floor drain that water...

    Sebo X4 Difficult to Push

Follow up! The dealer that Sebo recommended wanted to get me to buy a new brush roll for it. The dealer did not find anything else wrong, $10 later. The dealer I took it to, I would not visit again he’s rather shady in his business. He told me that the X4 is not meant for hardfloors, he said the...

    Well Another One

I currently have a Heritage 84 and a Sentria 2. Eventually I want to have the entire g series line. I have a liking for the grey ones, I like the ultimate g color scheme and I want to get the Sentria 1. Assuming that I have the entire g series line, I would also like to get the blue tradition. I...

Well Kirby number 3! It appears to be in good shape, I got it for $40, not bad for a Kirby.

    Another brilliant consumer

Another great example! If you ask the average consumer what a premium vacuum is, they will typically say Dyson or Shark. I can’t count how many times I’ve been told “ I have the last vacuum I will ever have to buy, a Dyson!” Consumers are drawn by marketing, unfortunately consumers believe the...

I think this is vintage, a Casio Phonemate built Kenmore bagless upright

I had one that I got from a local flea market, and lost it in a basement flood a few years ago. I would say that model was ok, but I liked my direct drive much better. That model has the highest handle release pedal I’ve seen. The clutch was also a bit strange to use. It felt much like an older...

    Another brilliant consumer

This was on Market place. This shows the average consumers lack of knowledge on basic things about a vacuum. I’m not sure where the seller thinks that the Hoover elite hose would plug into? Not to mention, the seller believes that this is not”even a year old”, this is over a decade old.

Lindhaus Healthcare Pro Hepa Cloth Bags

I have been told that Hepa bags are available for the Healthcare pro. I called my Dealer today, and he said that the factory only lists the paper bags. I did come across the DH3 bags that are hepa cloth, but are for the Valzar. Where do you get your genuine Lindhaus hepa cloth bags?

    Sebo X4 Difficult to Push

I contacted my dealer, and he said that the factory only lists the paper bags for the Healthcare. Is there some sort of covert way to get the hepa cloth bags? I’m going to try and call Lindhaus during the week.

    Seen these vacs at goodwill

Wow, I assumed they would have the same motor as the Olympia and Silverado.
