Hi, long time since I have been here, forgot was a used so to speak.
Björn, live in Sweden and have a small collection of vacuums.
Thay are Electrolux, Hugin, Hoover, Nilfisk, Miele, Kärcher, last one is my Daily one.
The problem I have is that I want a new powernozzle for my Kärcher.
The machine is now 10 years, when I got I it came with the electrified hoze, want and small Wessel-werk ebk280 powernozzle that I never been happy with. Back then they had the ebk 340 to but I was not aware of that then. I imported my machine from Austria, it was cheaper then buying in Sweden. I have talked to Kärcher about powernozzles but now they do not have any.
Pictures show the machine and connection's and nozzle.
I did email Wessel-werk due to the nozzel being from them but they would not tell where to get theirs powernozzles. Google have not been any help at all for Europe but If I lived in the states I could choose among many inkl Sebo.
Can any of you help?
All the best, tanks 😊

The handle on your hose is the same one used with the electric hose and telescopic electric wand sold as accessories by Lindhaus for the HF6, meaning you could use the excellent Lindhaus power nozzle with it. That same hose handle was also used with the Ghibli Vortech XR3000. Those came with a couple of different Wessel-Werk power nozzles in the US and Canada. Not sure how they were sold in the EU or UK. There is a UK Vortech distributor.

I second Cheesewonton's suggestions. I would also suggest another solution, though, that may be more practical for your other vacuums too - a battery powernozzle. Wessel Werk makes one as the EBK360, which comes with it's own wand where the battery is stored. Another more practical one would be the Perfect PPN1B Battery Powerhead. This one uses a standard friction fit 32mm wand, so you would have to use a metal Miele tool adapter. Also, the battery is on top of the powerhead, and it's charger is 120 volts, so you would have to use a voltage adapter to charge the batteries. But other than that, it would be much more ideal for your situation than trying to find a PN in 240 volts.

Are those battery powered nozzles sold in Europe with a 220-240 v / 50 Hz compatible charger ? The one you depict is for the US and has a Type A plug not used anywhere in Europe except US and Canadian military bases. Also that hose handle has a 34-35 mm spout. It's larger than you get with US central vacuum wands and hoses.

Cheesewonton, that's why I suggested linus2003 would need to use a metal Miele tool adapter on the end of the wand, so the wand would fit a 32 mm powerhead neck. And who knows if they do sell the Perfect battery PN in Europe, but I bet not since European countries don't have many canisters with PN's, so it would stand to reason that a battery powered PN wouldn't sell well over there. But that's solved with a voltage converter to convert 120 volt to 240 volts. Doing these 2 things and using a battery powered PN would be far easier than to find a 240 volt PN that he likes and will fit ALL his vacuums.

The Italian Lindhaus website shows they offer their PB12 and PB14 power nozzles and wands in the EU for the HF6 and for central vacuum use. That seems like the easiest course of action. No need for hose adapters or transformers. Plug and play.

Thank you all for your suggestions 😀
Like the battery for ease of use with other machines but I am not a fan of battery operated machines, batteries are expensive to replace and mains powered last longer and do not need to recharged mid cleaning.
The Lindhaus is a great idea, have seen their uprights for sale in Sweden, need to find a seller here or in EU.
Sad that it's so hard to find power nozzles, there used to be one from Sebo that where sold as Nilfisk, but the new Nilfisk 930 does not have an outlet on the machine anymore.
Will look into this now😀

It perplexes me that major power nozzle makers like Wessel Werk, Sebo and Lindhaus are all European companies and yet they're seemingly difficult to find in Europe.
One thing though. I may be incorrect here but the QDC lindhaus nozzles i've seen use a wand that have a hole vs a pin in it. Is the central vacuum version different then?

The wand I have has a pin but the pin is removable leaving a hole.
Been looking at Lindhaus, they come from Italy, but the powernozzle is not sold what I can se in Sweden. The quick search I did now it seems hard to find in EU to.........

Hmm...I've had a youtube commenter who's name escapes me at the moment say that where he was from Lindhaus was sold almost exclusively by janitorial supply companies. Perhaps see if you can find a local-ish dealer for them or reach out to Lindhaus Directly to see if they can point in you the right direction.
