Rugsucker Good info thanks. I take it that it’s probably a good idea to drill a couple smalller pilot holes first before I put the screws in it? Just worried about cracking the plastic.

I would bet it’s an ESSCO product looks similar to the Cirrus line of machines.

That whole brand is just going down the toilet it seems. Blaming the customer... over such a cheap and easy part for them to replace to begin with... I’ve never understood that way of thinking with companies.

Look at the “sold” listings for that machine or similar ones in comparable condition. That will give you your answer.

Honestly I have wanted to pick one of these up for a while. They look pretty cool. I’ve also heard from my local vac shop that dyson is pretty good with honoring their warranty and authorizing repairs too. Good to hear they did right.

Here are some pics after cleanup and service. I suspect the outer bag may not be original. I took it apart completely and washed the bag only with a normal laundry load. Then hung it to dry. It was mostly dry when I hung it up but it cleaned up very well. Looks brand new. Still have no clue as...
