lol I saw these and put an $200 offer on one of them..I felt was more than generous enough.. They barely budged. What's the point of offers if you're only willing to flex a few bucks. I'd REALLY REALLY love to have prewar Kirby but I'd only pay these prices if they were all original. The bags...
I got the Connie to float again. Was badly dented around the rim allowing air to escape. So it drug like a dead weight on the floor. I plugged the holes and leveled the base with silicone. Now it glides weightlessly again.
I removed the casters as one was busted anyways. The rim is bent sadly but I’m sealing it with silicone so it doesn’t leak. As I realized. We’ll see how it turns out. It did give me some promise as I plugged some of the leaks and it attempted to float. Somebody crippled the poor lemon drop.
