Wanting prewar kirby

I saw some on ebay but the prices are ridiculous for the lack of what's original left on them. I'd really love to add an original one to my collection! I'm looking for later c and r's. Basically the pre 500 lookalikes. Anybody has one that they just don't have a bond with? Thanks.

I have one that's original. A model 1C. Since I don't really like Kirbys, I'd be happy to sell it for the right price. Was going to list it on eBay now that they bring serious money.
