It's not every day a Hoover baby model goes unsold. For some reason, the model tag is wrong, but it is quite clear what it is.

It's a Hoover model 103 that got the wrong builder's plate in the rebuild process. I saw it, and passed it up. It's in rough shape, doesn't run, and the suction inlet cover is missing. Best of luck finding that one....

I'd guess the motor may have just been frozen, since it did buzz when turned on, and a more common 102 or 105 inlet cover would work just fine.

After a pretty good title describing the Hoover, they stuck "kirby" at the end of it............
