Does anybody have one and like it? I bought one brand new and because i'm 6ft 4 inche tall, i have trouble using it. I have the adjustable handle all the way pulled up and I still have to lean forward to use it so it hurts my back. I bought it to replace the broken t series, which was covered under warranty so the part will be here tuesday to fix it. I gotta take the air back

I have the British Vax equivalent and I'm 6ft. I've never stooped that much with it, but I always use the handle at the highest position to ensure that it's set there if I use the hose and pipe.

Yes, have one, love it, but I can see where that would be a problem. 6' here and it is close for me .

yeah.... i'm gonna return it. i paid $186 for it. It's just too much stress on my back to use it since i'm so tall. The t-series just needs a new dust cup which hoover is sending me free of charge.

You should email Hoover in the U.S and forward your complaint to them - they may well be able to sort you out with an extension handle, one never knows these things! The Windtunnel Air is after all, a mini-micro small space upright vac, not a full size one.

air got returned.... hoover sent me a new dust cup for the t-series and it performs much better. just needs cleaned.
