Hey There!

I know how you feel. Sometimes with ebay it is hit or miss when it comes to pricing and bidding on a specific machine. This Eureka looked like a Rugulator model which was popular during the late 60's and 70's. Instead if the dial a nap knob this model had a slide on the front which gave in my opinion a better height adjustment because you could go from pretty much flat carpet to a very thick plush carpet. I don't know if this had a vibra groomer though.

I was the early bidder....

I knew one of these growing up, I remember it NEW. My neighbors got one new, maybe 1970? They already had a canned ham Vibra beat, and when they got new carpeting the VB was not enough, so the upright was bought.
There were 5 kids in the family, plus a dog, that poor Eureka was well used!
As a kid I was fascinated with this cleaner, and loved the way it felt.
This would have been an early Rugulator machine, but pre- Vibra Groomer I. I remember my neighbor's machine had the wood brush roll with the red beater bars.
There are more of these to be had....

Tis a rugulator, on the bag mine says Twin Power Automatic though I don't have the attachments.
