Whirlwinds and other atrocities of various shapes and sizes

Oh Aunt Sylvia...

I simply love your humor and truly enjoy your post. Keep it up! Naysayers stop reading if you don’t like what you see. Aunt Sylvia obviously has much too elevated vocabulary for your taste! Also here is a pic of my bagged version of this machine. It’s actually a pretty good vacuum!

Love the humor! At least some people still have it! Here is mine almost new, and indeed they seem to be good cleaners, then again I haven’t had any issues with any of the bagged ones I had in the past. All of the bagless ones however I’d take that putrid cup and cyclone assembly off and put an AA bag in it and slap a bag cover on the front. Damn what a difference that would make! I’d take this over a dreaded kirbeast anyday. I have 4 of them all working as they should and still Id manage to fill a bag in one of these quicker than the good ol boat anchor and boy my back is hurting just hearing about a kirbeast.

I also have a NOS self propelled variable speed envirovac.

Apparently using censored obscenities is just too darned 'adult' for some people lol

irl I curse like a sailor, I just don't do it here because it's against the rules and as a former moderator myself, I'll respect the house rules.

I love my Power Plus, had it since it was new. It was one of the last Victorys Eureka has ever sold. I wished Eureka could've hold on to those for a little longer, especially the Sanitaire versions like the SC4570 for example. I don't know if they've ever made the blue ones before, I'm aware that Sanitaire sold the Whirlwind model but I would've liked the blue color better if they did sold some.

Elevated Vocabulary

Believe you, me the vocabulary isn't the only thing elevated my friend! You guys are right I think there are members here that would benefit from a fresh Kotex and more Midol. God forbid anyone joke about anything anymore with out someone having a Social Justicegasm over something....

Vacuum design from this era of the late 90s to early 2000s seemed like limbo. How low could they go? I HATE many vacuums from this era because they are like nothing else. They give me bad vibes. They are all styled the same and many of them are very strange.

My Very Dear Aunt Sylvia:

"Fresh Kotex and more Midol"! Aunt Sylvia - I LOVE IT. If no one has yet invited you to the private Vacuum Collectors Meeting this Spring, I'll send you an invitation.

Crazy as this sounds I gave my then fiancee, now wife, a nice squeaky clean Windsor Sensor S12 after she ripped the cord hooks off the back of my previously perfect Hoover Caddy Vac then proceeded to use it without a bag ! I figured since you can't close the bag lid without a bag being attached and with robust cord hooks it would be fiancee proof. Little did I suspect she refused to use it. Instead she borrowed a bagless Eureka thing that looks like the one in the photo at the top of this thread to use. It was clogged twelve ways from Sunday but no matter, she liked the bagless Eureka better than the Windsor.
