Real Estate business we call them "Manufactured Homes" they are set on a foundation and usually never moved they are very nice homes at a great value, Mobile homes usually are Motor homes .
I have never seen a Miele PN head that has 5 adjustable settings though. I note the Royal offers 4 height level settings. However the poor guy at Govacuum has to literally shout over this video review and the dust bags at 3 litres are still smaller than Miele. End of the day it depends on what Royal charge for the dust bags and base your decision on that compared to Miele.
Ok so I brought home the Royal Lexon today to test for a couple of days. I have had plenty of time to use it and I am very impressed with the machine. First the powernozzle has a lot of power and really digs into the carpet. It leaves great carpet lines and picks up pet hair effortlessly. It does only have four height adjustments but they seem to work for me and I have found the perfect setting. I love how quiet it is even on full speed and the powernozzle is actually kind of quiet too. The attachments are so so but I am use to having small attachments. The canister body feels well made and not made of a thin cheap plastic. With the four swivel wheels the machine glides effortlessly over my carpet and hard flooring. This machine definitely has plenty of power. I am going to do a lot of dusting with it to really get a feel of how heavy the hose and wand will be while dusting and cleaning furniture. So far I am really loving the Royal and I can use Hoover S paper bags in it to if the price of the cloth bags are a little pricey. I think TTI have really done a good job on this machine.
P.S. Dan, you are correct on the name for the home. The correct term is "Manufactured Home", I guess I am just use to the number of other terms us here in good ole Southern Indiana use for them.
