Which cleaning solution ??

I am seeking a cleaning solution for a customer.

The Problem:
The customer has large tiled floors in her kitchen and dining area which is all one floor, and has cats, dogs and teenagers walking through that area on a daily basis. What would be an effective , efficient way to keep these floors clean?

The solution/solutions?
