Just accquired a Bison Centurion vacuum cleaner in pretty nice shape, but needs the cord hooks (golden/brown), and the lift handle that is on the body of the machine. While I may be asking for something more rare than finding the Holy Grail at a thrift store, is there any help out there for me ? And, is any sort of owner's manual out there too ? I know that they were based on a Kirby design, but there are some rather intriguing differences I'd like to know about. Thanks !

Holy grail

It's very sought after. The thing is holy grail vacuums people collect everything. If they have a bison they have a manual.
I atleast think there is a high probability.
Congrats on the find.

The Centurion was designed for vacuum shops to sell, as well as the direct in the home demonstrations. The green models were only for direct sales. The instruction manual was the same for the last two green models as well as the brown model.

Automatic Ephemera

This Website has the owner's manual. Just click on Manuals & Literature at the top of the page. it will cost $5.99 to download, I guess it would be better than nothing. I sold a green MK-II last year with a bunch of paper work. It was a reasonably clean machine but I did have to repair the nozzle adjustment.
