Where can I get an Oreck with high RPM like this one?

I saw this video and I was amazed at how high the motor's RPM's were. Where can I get one like this?

Oreck 2 speed

That's one of Oreck's two speed models. The speed control is inside the handle grip. If you want an Oreck like this just check ebay for a 2 speed Oreck upright. I hope that helps.
