Whats the best vintage vacuum cleaner out there?

I would also have to agree with electroluxtank that there is no universal vacuum sweeper. my electrolux xxx would have an advantage over both of my hoovers I listed above it would have more tool suction than any upright in it's day. This is of all of my vacuums and from my experiance.Also if anyone has a consumer reports article on vacuums containing ratings an elux r and a hoover 700 any year I'd love to see them

Hoover 63

John,your Hoover 63 is just FABOOO! Mine was the next gen. The box is a tan color/with blue print.The hose and attachments came in another(same colored box).They are one of my favorites.That whole line is my all time choices. Michael
