that is a vintage NSS m1 pig, I have the same model however it is painted blue. To my knowledge they are still made today and about $1800 new. They have a massive amount of airflow and are not the quietest of machines and they inhale just about anything in their path.

Reggie Ridlen (ultralux88) can tell you a lot more about these things as they happen to be one of his favorite machines.[this post was last edited: 3/27/2019-23:17]

"Just spent $ 122.00 on off brand parts"

...and you allegedly don't know what it is and you didn't clean it up or even give the motor TLC and think it's worth $400. OK guy. I wanna know how he got the idea it was a prototype.

Also I think that hose is off a car wash vacuum, I have seen it before. No wonder it cost him $122!

Not a prototype. I have the 100th Anniversary Commemorative Edition of the NSS Pig. They started building them in 1910.

I have several NSS Pigs-Go along with the absolute BEST canister vacuum made. They are built to last DECADES!!!Yes,they are heavy, bulky, and noisey but they do get the job more than done-fun to use.Its satisfying hearing stuff get "THOOPED" into the big top maunted bag!And the nice DING when something goes thru the fan.You KNOW the stuff has been picked UP.Use a Volt powernozzle with mine-FUN!!!
