i found this on youtube and was wondering who makes it and how i can get one because i want one. here is a link. it is in a diferent language though.

That is a combination water filtration canister vacuum & steam cleaner. And the language appears to be Russian. I highly doubt they sel this in North America, but GoVacuum.com does sell the Reliable EV1, which is also a water filtration canister vacuum & steam cleaner in one.
