What is the longest vacuum

I have been wondering what the largest, most ridiculous vacuum is. E.G. the Buick Roadmaster is the largest 90s wagon, whatis the vacuum equivelant.

I drove a vacuum truck for a time. It was a 40 foot long trailer pulled behind a three axle Stereling tractor. The tractor had a suction pump connected to the cargo tank on the trailer that would pull a vacuum in the trailer. We used to suck water, grease, even rocks from sewers.

Well that will do it. I want to find something that would complete the picture of a mcmansion with a Buick Roadmaster in the drive and a lawn with neat lawn stripes.

Hmm I think the largest machine I've got is the Thermax AF1 It's a little too big to sit on the 17" deep shelves I've got.
I don't know how large they are but the Hailey's comet looks rather big, and I think may go well with your vision.

That model was sold in Europe in 240 volt form but I cannot remember the brand name that was used. Paul?

Also, could you please measure the angle of the holes in the floor tool. As in what angle they are placed at. I am thinking about making a version 2 of my great-uncles floor tool and those would be a great inclusion.

Yep. That is mine. It was pretty crummy looking so the motor was freshened up with new brushes and bearings and I took it to an automotive paint supply store to have some color matched spray paint made. Turns out there is stock Volvo color that is the same as the original color so that's what I used. Came out looking good. Needed an on-off switch but a standard Tristar part was identical. The foot pedal is very flimsy to it was re-enforced from underneath. Don't waste your time trying to make a copy of that floor tool. It's useless.

Ooh, sounds nice. I plan the make it with bent stainless steel to create a v shape with those holes. I would have a RD272 or RD295 swivel neck on top. A static brush for carpet agitation.
