What is the best sharkninja vacuum cleaner in the $ 300 range?

I want to buy a vacuum cleaner of sharkninja. Now is which machine good without too expensive?

It's a waste of money. Good luck finding repair parts. Or anyone to fix it. There will never be 10 year old Sharks. They fall apart by the 4th year. Go to a vacuum shop that sells and fixes vacuums. You'll see row after row of unrepairable Sharks as well as Dysons waiting for new motors. You can also buy a high quality durable vacuum - vac shops don't sell junk they would have to fix.

Go to a vacuum shop that sells and repairs vacuums. You don't have to buy horrible junk like Shark, Eureka, Hoover, etc.

Ask to see an American-Made Riccar or Simplicity vacuum. You'll still have it 15 years later. And it can be repaired if anything goes wrong.

The top-rated Shark upright vacuum in the latest Consumer Reports tests is the recommended Shark Navigator Lift-Away NV 586. Though a bit on the noisy side, it scored either “excellent” or “very good” in all categories of the tests. It weighs only 16 pounds.

I think bagless vacuums require too much time wasted on maintainance. And eventually you have to spend too much money replacing the filters. Better to get a bagged Kenmore or Hoover upright for carpets and a nice quiet Miele canister for everything else.

i would get the unit that is not lift away as its super bulky. I think shark duo clean pro. I have a few sharks. I noticed lift away pro doesn't do well on thick carpet. The rocket duo does good but not great on shag. I would get duo pro. I like shark for what they are. If you keep clean and maintain they last. I like the rocket because i have small screws and other miscellaneous laying around shark sucks right up. If i use my kirby, riccar or riccar superlight it would potentially hurt vacuum. Im not sayings its better. Im just saying they perform well and they last if clean brush roll and filters often. It has feature that red light comes on and stops motor head which is nice. I wouldn't buy lift away id buy pro version. I think lift away is bulky and pro version is better. You could buy lots of vacuums but if you buy a shark get the pro duo clean upright. Its not going to eat your rug like kirby or riccar/simplicity but it will get you a good deep clean.

There are some collectors who like the new Shark Apex.

HOWEVER, durability of Sharks is bad. Shark doesn't typically allow repairs by the consumer nor a vac shop for anything that goes wrong with a carpet cleaning head on any one of their vacuums ever made. If a problem goes wrong, Shark sends out a brand new floor head. That is fine if it is covered under warranty, if not you would need to shell out more $$ to buy a new cleaning head or new vacuum.

I know many collectors who liked their Sharks at first and now that unit needs to be replaced. Keep in mind too those are vacuum collectors who own numerous vacuums so how often does the same vacuum get used, plus they know very well how to take care of their vacuums and as collectors they take pride in doing so.

If I were you I would look to Miele, Simplicity, Riccar, Fuller Brush, Aerus. Stop by your local vacuum store and see what they have that works well for the flooring types in your home and what you will be cleaning.

I second that!!!!TOO many Sharks I have seen in the vac shop dumpster!Dirty,dusty,clogged,powernozzle doesn't work,motors burned out,all of the filters clogged,list goes on!Shop for something else!

You can service it yourself. Every year replace filters. I do not have any experience with sebos. I do have experience with simplicity. I do know a couple year old simplicity/riccar should be under $300.
I like shark but riccar i love. The sharks are bagless and seals will last 3-5 years. I have a 15 year old riccar that will outperform most vacuums out there. Sebos i have read are good. If i had to choose id buy a riccar. There hepa bags seal nice. Riccar picks up better than any $300 sebo or new shark. The hose suction is almost as strong as kirby.
I dont think a sebo is available around $300. If you don't buuy shark get a riccar.
