Started gaining interest in this machine again only to find out its not being sold anymore? Didnt it start selling 2 or 3 years ago? Kind of a short life if you ask me, wouldve been cool to try one. Still waiting to see when the Primelite will get a price tag on Hoover's website.

Oreck rebrand + cordless. Hoover likely had a shared deal to use Oreck's housing mold for x-units or x-years then it was done. Sort of like how Oreck did (or tried to do) with the Halo thing.

Oreck and Hoover (and Royal/dirt devil) are the same company. They can slap any name they want on any of their products. The new Hoover OnePWR is red. John Gregory (of Gregory's Sweeper Central) and I were just discussing the new machine recently.

Just ordered a 3 gallon wet/dry onepwr.

Like title says just got it from Woot for 69 shipped and already got a 6.5 chinese battery for it so different versions are still out there.
Been finding a small wet dry vac would be handy around here and we have birds so always messes to clean up quickly that tend to fill or plug up my other vacuums.
I also use the Shark Altos, Deebot T8plus robot, and a couple of Royals.

Is the OnePwr at that Hoover store near Scranton, PA? Ive seen posts about that place on here and it looks awesome! One day I'd love to drive out there and see the store for myself! Hoover was always my favorite brand and it would be so cool to see an actual Hoover dealership up close!

I have this machine too, and I think it’s one of the better options for cordless carpet cleaning. Particularly at the Hoover price point. I don’t understand why they aren’t more popular. I hope they bring them back.
My only wish-list item for this vacuum would be the ability to charge the battery without removing it from the machine.

Quiet and deep cleans the carpets like nothing Ive used before! Only thing is the bag sometimes smells of the dog hair sucked up but thats cause the installed bag is always generic material. Cant wait to put one of my Charcoal Oreck CC bags in it!
