At first glance, it looks like an older Kirby but when I enlarged the photo, I can see the name "Eureka" on the bag.

It's a Eureka model M "Challenger". 1938.

This looks like that late 90s, early 2000's England clothing style, love it. So funny they used such an old vacuum in the ad, maybe to avoid paying royalties.
