While Hans was here Sat we went to new antique/mercantile mall(former sewing factory building.Great place!) that I have 3 booths in.One is vintage kitchen items that Hans has posted pics of at automaticwasher.org(another great place!) as Appliances for sale in Elizabethton TN.
The Westinghouse (Lucy) stove is VERY nice as Hans can confirm.I have book(somewhere) for Frigidaire that shows it was sold in 47 by a Chevy dealer in TN.It was found in back room of downtown store years ago where it kept lunch and drinks cold as ever.Ronson Kitchen/Bar Mate has original cart and atts.Hoover dryer has drum and wheels missing but could at least make interesting storage cabinet for vintage laundry room.Cuisinart box is atts only,not machine.LaMachine is very complete and nice!And more & more!

GE Hand Mixers

Hi, I was wondering from the pics that I saw of your booth, how much you are selling the GE hand mixers for? I have 3 and am trying to collect every color of those made! I want to make a rainbow! Ha Ha! Thanks! -Michelle

In the $25 range.I also have (not in booth)I think white in box with accs.Might have knife sharpener that could plug in back on some.Red(I don't have)seems to be rarest.
To me these are best looking small mixer ever and GE did have good appliances,both large & small.,Jimmy

Re Mixers

Thanks for writing back Jimmy! I have a turquoise one that came with the rare knife sharpener, a pink one, and just ordered me a brown/beige one that's coming in the mail! I just have to find the drink stirrer. You're right, the red ones are rare and if you find one they're a lot of money!!! These GE mixers are the coolest looking! I have 10 hand mixers as of right now. Mostly Sunbeams and GE's, but I have a few other brands as well. Also, love collecting and restoring Sunbeam Mixmaster stand mixers!!! I have 9 stand mixers. 8 of them are Sunbeams: 3b, 5b, 7b, 9b, 10b, 11c, 12b, and a 1990 model. The other stand mixer is a Dormeyer Mixwell. I'm currently restoring my 1937 Sunbeam model 3b. Thanks anyway, I get mine cheaper through Ebay. I get mine cheap because I don't mind fixing them. Remember to keep me in mind about a Heritage I Kirby. Have a good day! -Michelle
