Wards Hoover Convertible or Decade 80 flat handle power cord

I am a first time user to Vacuumland. I have a top fill Wards Hoover Convertible vacuum circa 1982-1983. I can't find the white power cord for the flat handle upright. I was told that it also fit the flat handle Decade 80 vacuum. I have made due with the 30 foot cord that fits my round handle upright. Can anyone help me?
