Wanted: Kirby 500505 4 row 13” brush roll

Recently my dual 80 broke a brush roll (some kind of clip behind an end cap broke on one side) and now the brush is running unbalanced and uneven. It’s a NOS brush (gray color) purchased 2 years ’m looking to not just replace it, but also upgrade from 2 rows to 4 rows for better cleaning.

Make that two of us. I have the ball bearing version already for the 13" nozzle of my 1987 Heritage II, but now I want to find another one of the same for my 1955 515 or my 1969 Dual Sanitronic 80.

kirby made the 4 row 13" brushroll NLA in 2013. any vacuum dealers that had old stock have long since sold them in a frenzy on ebay after they were discontinuted. thats when i managed to get mine.

those are are rare to find as janitronic brushrolls.

I was lucky enough to have scored one on ebay a while back for free.
It was sold as a 16" which is what I needed. After contacting the seller about the size issue, he refunded me and did not want it back. I kept is and now it awaits my D80 when it is restored.
Lucky error I guess...
