I've run into kind of a dead end for parts for these units. I got an in box unit, labeled as a turbovac 14 for $50 but didn't realize it was missing the bag tray which is also how the bag connects to the machine so....I've got something unusable right now. I've spent a good amount of time searching for parts been in contact with a few companies and while there are some complete units still out there I don't really want to spend a minimum of $400.
The only website i've seen with a listing for parts has been Blue Lake Products but they don't seem to be active anymore I tried both of the phone numbers the CA area code one has been disconnected the 800 number sounds like it's leading into an unrelated scam and the email i sent got returned.
