Why in God's name would anyone want that thing, looks like it was dredged from a sewer, much like Miss Henry's carpet.

I looked in the thing, the man had put a brand new bag in, it has its black ring that covers the bag before the top goes on. I have the other four bags he threw into the package. The landing strip is the kitchen rug, it'll go back when my roommate finds her new house.

Just wondering if you have started on this project? Have you gotten a chance to use it and how does it sound/perform?

Hate to say, but haven't tried it yet, I'm keeping an eye out for appropriate spray paints, I am enjoying the sight of it though.

I admire your restraint. I get a vacuum home, first thing I do is plug it in and let the motor roar to life!

Things are kind of up in the air here, I do run vacuums, but not for long because of the cats, who will hopefully have a new home with their person before the end of the year. The thing smells like a new cleaner though, I did look inside. It came with five "new" bags from Premier Electric Co. and sold for ten cents from Boscov's!
