Here's a beauty I picked up for $4. It didn't have any attachments so I used my GE swivel top attachments for it.

Scott, I happened to run across the attached ad for your C-450 from the June 12, 1978, edition of THE BANGOR DAILY NEWS. Others I located were from 1977 to 1980, so it was one of the last Premier Swivel-Tops if not THE last made in the U.S.; the Canadian ones were manufactured until c.1984.
The color scheme seems to match or resemble your G-E floor polisher model FP-1 ( https://vacuumland.org/threads/1960s-general-electric-floor-buffer.45404/ ).
It may be that the "Whirlwind" name corresponded to the 7A motor versus the 750W (6.25A) motor of the attached eBay photo of the gold-colored G-E Swivel-Top C-350 and likely others.

Wow thats a rare one! I have the General Electric model, and it came from an illegal garbage tip in the Arizona desert (seller found it there not me).

A little patient persistence stalking eBay and before long you will have a hose and all the attachments for it. Nice find. I had no idea they were produced int the early 1980s.
