The price is WAY to high but this doesn't look like a do-it-yourself craft project.I wonder if it is an 'official'Bicentennial XXX by Metropolitan from Aldens or Spiegal catalog?

Vac Shops did all sorts of rebuilds on the (at the time) very plentiful Model XXX. At the time of the Super J/Golden J, Vac shops would paint their old model XXX's to 'somewhat' resemble the new machine. At one time, you could go into almost any vac shop and find a rebuilt model 30.
