You guys are all so silly, I can't believe you didn't think of it...
The bag was filled with helium!!! That's why she was smilin', it was 'light & easy' to carry!!!

Okay, what is going on here?
Charles Richard is RIGHT, they have airbrushed all the cords out of the Hoover ads! This makes no sense to me what-so-ever! It is a vacuum cleaner for God sake, an electrical apliance, and it DID have a cord, so what is wrong with showing it?
Also, the toy in her hand, that looks stupid! Clearly, the way her hand is positioned indicates that she WAS holding the cord; but the fool who removed the cord, put that toy in her hand instead. As I said, stupid!
What was Hoover thinking?! Damn stupid if you ask me, but at least the problem of the One Fifty is solved. Thank goodness for that, at least it's not what I thought at first. That the eyes were going, or worse, that I was loosing my mind! No comment!
