Hey guys!
My name is Kevin, This is my first post here.
Since some time ago I'm into making scale models of vacuum cleaners made of paper and cardboard and it became such a big hobbie aside of collecting vacuums.
I'd like to make some models, but to make them as realystic as possible I'd like to to ask yo the dimensions of some machines (lenght x widht x height), so If you could help me with that I'd be sooo nice.
Here are the models I'd like to make:

-1962 Kenmore Whispertone 90
-Kenmore Saturn
-1984 Kenmore power Handle
-Air-Way Sanityzor Mark V
-Hoover Conquest 507
-Hoover Sensotronic Audio System 300
-Electrolux Renaissance
-Electrolux AP 200
-Viking Model 2000
-Eureka W-75
-GE Roll-Easy
-Any Filter Magic / Water Matic model
-Any filter Queen Model
-Elektrapure
-Panasonic JET-FLO 190 / 240
-Panasonic MC-882
-Philips P74

And the list goes on, but I think it's enough for now😂😂

I'll lesve some pics of some of scales models, so you can see how they look like, and if you have any request or idea it will be vey welcome.

Have a terrific day!

Kevin

Thanks for the welcome!

I'm very happy you like them...I'm working on an Instagram page, when I make more vacuums I'll start posting detailed pictures there😁

Nice

That is very cool. I'll be blunt with questions. I see scale or cad drawings. Do you use a 3d printer? I know 3d printers you use a form of Auto Cad. I had someone who has a 3d printer do a vacuum wheel.
If it's not cad is is balsa wood like ones used on model airplanes. I'm just mistified the vacuum is missing motor it looks functional.

Your scale models are amazing! And more so because you use such delicate material to create them! Keep up the good work! It will be very interesting to see you do those early Kenmore / Whirlpool canisters.....

Welcome to Vacuumland!

Hey!

Yes! It would be awesome if I could put a motor on it but it's not possible unless I make them bigger. It's all hand made, from the drawings to the assembly, mainly because I don't know how to use a 3D printer😂
You can follow my instagram account @kfolk.creations (Now is empty, but I hope I have content enough soon to start posting). I'll post them here anyway haha.

I'm DYING to make some vintage Kenmore/Whirlpools, but I need the dimensions and some detailed pics

Nice to see you like them and thank you guys for the welcome, if you have any requests or waqnt me to made any particular models just tell me, I'm all ears!

How long

does it take you to complete one of these. I know you could drive a truck through that question, just curious. I've seen so many items miniaturized over the years into Christmas tree ornaments, some lit others not. See where I'm headed with this? What tree or bush would be complete without a vacuum cleaner hanging from a branch. Hmmm? You are very good at this and I hope it goes well for you.

Hmm

Kirby dual sanitronic 80.
I bought this vacuum I believe it's called crumbly. It's a smiley face emoji very small vacuum.
The details are impressive. It's hard to even think of the time spent making these.
I know you could make it if not as profitable as a job or at least make a good sum of money doing it. I'd imagine ornaments and maybe some you could make large quantities of.
It would be ideal for vacuum collectors. Instead of hoarding vacuums it would only take up a display cabinet.

I mean technically you *could* put a motor in one. It'd be very impractical to make it *functional* but just a motor that sits there and makes noise is very doable.

You ever seen a vibrate motor from a cell phone or pager? They are TINY.
