Help Support VacuumLand:

Welcome to the club!!! you will love it here and now that you have joined, get ready for your collection to grow.

where are you located might I ask?

usually craigslist, ebay, thrift stores, garbage night, yard/garage sales, etc...
I find machines all over the place and if they are worth getting I scoop em up.

WELCOME!!!!.......

its sooo nice to see another Eureka fan around here....my rule of thumb on thrifting for vacuums is, the junker the store the better...where you actually have to dig through the piles of stuff....Ive found GREAT finds like that.

welcome again,

Jason

Hi All Crazy people out their

Hi All Well here on long Island it is VERRRRRRRY hard to find old vacuums, Well i was walking yesterday when i noticed a Hoover Legacy upright out to trash as i was looking at it when the owner of it came out and said if you want it please take it as the trash truck will be here very soon. I said may i ask what is wrong with it she said not a thing i am just sick of looking at it i told her to plesase give me a half hour to walk home and bring my car back get this she was so nice she brought it to her front steeps and said just take it when you get your car. Iwent back to get it she said o i have this Kirby g3 the next one to go if you want it i will get it for you she said she almost never used it as it was to heavy. This Kirby looked like new. Her husband came out i thought here goes my Kirby he says please take them both my wife is a bit off when it comes to vacuums.Well when i got them home they Both ran very well . I do love my KirbysI was very happy with the Hoover it did a good job the only thing i dont like about it is that i have three type rugs in my home so i had to adjust it three times no big deal but as you all no with the kirby one step of the foot and it is adjusted the right way. a very Happy man Doug
