Our new apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, I'd say never refinished or not recently at any rate, as they have a beautiful dark natural patina, and there is no polymer or perma-shine coating on them.

A perfect place to play with my polishers! I used my small Clark (12") commercial polisher for the initial scrubbing and waxing, then buffed the wax out with my 1963 Electrolux turquoise B8 polisher -- in my mind, the best home-use floor polisher ever made.

Here are a few pix, and a link to a short video.

Oh, the final photo is the view from our front balcony!

Very,very nice

The view, the apartment, and the polisher are all stunning. Good luck at your new home. Im sure you will be as happy there as your old place, - the last few years.
I like the way the polisher just seems to glide across the floor.

Yes, it does glide nicely. The three brushes counter-balance one another along with the larger 'footprint' giving more stability. You can literally guide the machine across the floor with a single finger.

The apartment does have a storage garage, but I still won't have a place for my workshop. That's something that's just going to have to stay on hold for a long time, I'm afraid. But at least we're getting away from the creeps who own our current apartment. I'd almost have been willing to live in a cardboard box under the freeway to be rid of them.

Congratulations Charlie !!

I am so happy for you and your partner. What a wonderful view.
I know you will enjoy living there !! The floors are beautiful! The kitchen looks good too.

Congratulations Charles!

The apartment, floors, kitchen, and view are all beautiful! Bet you both can hardly wait to move in. Looks like a nice neighborhood, and the HOLLYWOOD sign within view is a plus!

All's well that ends well...

Congratulations, Charlie. It looks as if this has been a blessing for you and Arlee; perhaps time for a clean break, as it were. All the best.
Rick
