Dear All:
Thank you for the prayers, well-wishes!
I survived my 6.5 hour surgery on Monday, November 12, and now have an Ostomy bag outside my body that functions as my bladder through the stoma that was created from my intestines. It's been a rough week, but I will leave the UW Madison hospital today, Monday, November 19th.

I will be glad to sleep in my own bed; I seem to have my days and nights mixed up. I am currently waiting on the toxicology report of my lymph nodes; Hoping I get a clean result, otherwise, follow up with chemo.

I am off of school (work) until January 7th. I will return half time for a week before resuming my full-time schedule.

Petula Clark concert was excellent, a great send-off to surgery!

Thank God!

You have, and will continue to be in lots of prayers, Mass intentions, as well as "The Rosary". Some may not know what that is, but, you do, Ken, as we are of the same faith. It is an extraordinarily powerful thing.
Only good news from now on.
I'd love to have heard "Downtown".
