I said positive things about the large turbo brush in a few other threads but recently, I lost confidence in this item.
There's a piece that's supposed to protect the belt (2nd picture) but look how badly it is made! And the stores can't replace this piece with a better-made kind.
At one point, while this nozzle was being repaired at a store (which was the Chapman Boutique), I was cleaning the carpeted surfaces with the combi-tool that came with the canister (3rd picture) and it seemed to do a better job than the turbohead. My youngest brother (who lives with me) likes the combo-tool more than the turbo brush.
In conclusion, the turbo nozzle was a waste of money. I hope I could get my hands on a better canister with a motorized nozzle (we currently just have a cheap straight-suction Dirt Devil tank) when I'll get the money and until then, we'll just use the combi-tool for the carpets and I'm considering tossing the turbohead into the recycling bin.
