U5002 Convertible (DAM) in box, Some sort of Ebay Record methinks!

Guys and Gals,

Take a look at this beautiful lady, all in her box, never having seen a carpet in anger!

I know that this is possibly as rare as a working Model "O", but this has to be some sort of Ebay price record for a vitage vaccum cleaner?

(OK I admit, if I had had the money, I would have paid this for it).

Regardless of cost, however, swoon at such a gorgeous find!

How do guys.

was watching that U5002 pretty much since it was listed - knew it would go for bid money, but never thought £600.00 odd quid.

Showed my mum what classic cleaners in their boxes go for and told her she should have left her Junior u1036 in its box, rather than use it.
I showed her the advert when the U5002 was at £200.00 - she'd be gobsmacked now!

Like with you Seamus, the novelty was took off it ever so slightly due to it being intended for the German market, but still..............bloody hell.............to my untrained and vacuum amateur eyes, it looked great.

All its pictures are now downloaded onto my computer.
