He thinks you came down in the last shower Roger. Ignorant tosser. I'd leave neg feedback - its your duty really to inform other users he cant be trusted.

He cant leave you neg feedback.

I ordered a Purepower brushroll from Yourspares last month that never got delivered. They ummed and arred and blamed the royal mail, and told me to go to the neighbours and the sorting office to see if it was there. I said that I had had no red card from royal mail through the door, so they said I had to contact the sorting office. I couldn't get through to the sorting office, and emailed them back. Eventually they refunded my £12. Then Paypal put a hold on the refund money for 3 weeks, so I couldn't use it.

I left neg feedback for Yourspares - useless company.

So its an ET-L powerhead then. I couldn't find one anywhere. You learn something every day. I suppose this wont fit my K3 Vulcano?

But will the power connector fit to the back of the handlegrip, they do look different. Or will I have to buy that small link wire connector that will plug into the back of the handle, to connect the handle power supply to the power head cord connector?

I cant speak German so not sure how to order anything from Amazon.de.

The link wire is diagram ref 35 on this page:

Yes i forgot to say that you will need the little connection wire that you slot into the rear of the handle at both ends. The powerbrush socket will just slide into the rear of the telescopic tube and you are ready to go.

The tube on my Vulcano is not an electric one, its the same as the K1 models, so the wire would have to be clipped to the tube, and then plugged into the connector socket.

I'll bookmark that page roger linked to, and I'll have to think about whether to go with this way, or just buy a K3 Premium.

The fact that the C3 Power on CEE JAY has no power head has stopped me bidding any more than 250 for it. I may as well just convert the K3 Vulcano to power head. Will have to have a ponder.

ESPARES sell the ET-L but look at the price!!

SEBO ET-L

I think the ET-L would be cheaper direct from SEBO UK as i find most consumables are. I had a price list a few years ago and the ET-L was £79.99. It might have gone up in price slightly now. I find Espares to be overly expensive, i won't buy from them unless i cannot find what i'm after elsewhere!

I wish SEBO UK would put these parts on their website shop - it saves having to ring them up. I'm always put of ringing them up as they will probably give me a heart attack when they tell me the price.

If you don't want to ring up, just email them and ask for a price, then you can have a heart attack without having to hold your phone. They did say that they could supply the K3 Premium to me direct, but I didn't ask for a price as I assumed it would be higher than I could get it from Amazon or Freenet.

Well, I'll have to hang fire until I know how much I'm gonna have to pay on these auctions from CeeJay.

If I don't win anything, I may consider buying a K3 Premium.

I assume they will still be making the K3 Premium after the new EU law change in Sept, just limited to 1600W.

With this law change, I reckon we might see more power heads on cylinders, as less motor power will no longer drive turbo brushes properly. I just don't know what will happen yet, and we are now less than 6 months before the new law on motor power. Sellers are all still merrily selling 1700W+ machines at full price - I don't think many are taking this new law seriously.

Most of the general public will not know about the new law so sellers will be shifting stock at full price for as long as they can. I too think and hope that more cylinder models will have electrically driven power heads, especially when the limit reaches 900 watts.

The law does not just limit the wattage on cleaners. From September all cleaners will have an energy and performance rating sticker similar to those found on washing machines etc. Ratings will include noise levels, dust pick up and emissions with an A to G scale. I think some manufacturers objected to the new law not because of the wattage limit but the fact that they will be rated on performance and noise levels. Hopefully we will see less noisy cleaners when manufacturers have to display the noise level on the label.

Packaging concerns

In order to quell any concerns about packaging I have enclosed pictures of the U2462 being packaged. Most of the cleaners are already packed and awaiting address labels.

I know I keep on asking but when are you listing dyson dc04 Zorbester By the way the model number is Dyson DC04 zorbester

Its Zorbster Josh, not Zorbester, and I'd imagine it'll be listed after Easter now, with CEEJAY being closed until next Tuesday

All safely packaged for its journey to Alex, who would be prepared to walk over hot coals to own it (his words - reply 180)! He wants to worship and cherish it like a God. He will have a special plinth to mount it on, and to be able to gaze upon its beauty!

The U2462 originally sold for about £150. Its £300 and rising now, because Alex wants it REALLY badly.

As I said before - an old item is only worth what someone is prepared to pay!
