Tools for Hoover model model 28

Would the tools/convertor for a model 26 work for the model 28?

I know the converter won't fit but without a picture of the actual attachments I can't answer any further.

The Hoover 26 and 28 both use the same hose and attachments, only the converter (and the tool caddy) is different, and the one from the 26 will not fit the 28. Here are pics of my 26 and 28 with the Cleaning Tools, but the pics are probably too small to get a good look at the converters. If I'm not mistaken, the 25 also used the same converter as the 26.

Btw the 25 does use the same converter.
