It may be filterless but when used with a normal electric vac.
the Vac bag may capture a few dust particles in the bag!
So what's the deal! There's always going to be dust particles! As long as there is fabric or fibers there's
going to be dust !

Come on guys, its a battery powered mini fan or two housed in a beaterless floor nozzle, no different than one of these new floor sweepers with a beater bar added, only less. It's for flinging bread crumbs sideways into a box. Heck, I'm surprised they didn't mention adding a HEPA filter, after getting that germicidal light thing worked out. LOL Rather have a Roomba...

Luv how they mention version two can be connected to a regular vacuum through the hollow handle. :-)

It's been done and I have a few. Called a Crumbvac. The two ball ones use 2 AA cells suitable for toast crumbs on the countertop. The square one in back uses 4 AA batteries and was originally designed for architects and artists for vacuuming up heavier eraser crumbs and it works great.
