As I search endlessly for great deals and new additions to the family on eBay, I really haven't seen anything good until today. I sleepily opened up Safari on my iPad, I tapped the search bar and hastily typed in eBay. I searched "vacuum cleaner" and scrolled and scrolled and clicked upon listings upon listings. Without any luck I typed in "Hoover" after a few minutes my eyes almost popped out of my head when I saw this. I clicked on the listing and I looked at what I never thought I would find... Now you are all probably wondering what this thing is, in fear of loosing the opportunity of buying it, youll have to find it yourself (not trying to be mean). I'll call this the mystery machine!
I also found something else pretty cool, a Singer Twin Turbo which is a really good price, but I'm not sure if I'm interested in it. Along with that Singer, I found a super cool Oreck CVR 4000. It's an okay price but I might hold back on it. Just a few hours ago I stumbled upon one of my "dream machines" it's not the exact model but pretty darn close. It's a Hoover Runabout. I have a history of wanting an Elite style machine and this one is great! It's in rough shape and it's expensive though... Now the machine I was talking about before isn't this Hoover, it's WAY better
Pricing for these machines vary significantly. The Singer, being the cheapest, will go first. The starting bid on this Singer is only about 5 dollars. With shipping it'll be close to thirty dollars which I find pretty cheap. Next is the Runabout. The Runabout is an okay price of forty dollars, a little pricey if I say so myself. The Oreck CVR 4000 is second to last coming to a price of fifty-five dollars which is a little more than pricey. The mystery machine is by far the most expensive. For sixty-six dollars it's the most expensive but maybe I'll get the most for my money if I do buy it.
The sad part is that I don't know If I'll be able to get any of these machines. I need to invest my money into my car (as it needs some parts) and vacuums are getting a little so pricey on eBay so I will have to back away from there, but not anytime soon. Also I have ANOTHER machine coming in the mail within the next few days. Also I'm going on vacation and that means the hunt for vacuums will continue while I'm away.
Let me know if you would like to see pictures of anything, just not the mystery machine!
I don't have any time to post pics so let me know if you'll like to see pictures in this thread.
