Nice sunny day to drive around the county on a vacuum run. Craigslist guy said the blue convertible was
From 1968...looks to be about the same model (but far different hue) i grew up with, sweet. Then next Craigslist guy had the Electrolux upright at the right price. Aqua King was down a dirt road a short ways & it's now my first water filter vac. On the way home i stop in at a Salvation Army & see the Jet Flow $18 hmm...but underside is like new, so i bite. Then find out it 's 1/2 off day, right on as Panasonic has been callin' my name lately. The Hoover is crazy clean like it was rarely used or thoughly rebuilt many years ago with NOS parts...feel more like an accumulator than a collector.

All nice finds there

That convertible is in amazingly good shape. Lux uprights are always nice. Looks like you picked up one of the three speed Panasonics those are nice quiet vacs that seem to perform pretty well. I'm curious what does the separation system of that Aqua king look like? And is that a power nozzle i see on the end of the hose?

Jet Flo

I have that Panasonic, and love it! It's great on carpet, but I find tool suction a bit weak. I just replaced the belts in mine, it takes 2 a flat one and a round one, it really cleans up pet hair great!

Does your Jet-Flow have the hose coming out of the bottom right side of the vacuum and going into the middle? I've never seen a jet flow in real like, so I'm very curious about it.
